There are now just over two weeks to go to the kbbreview Retail & Design Conference 2017.
The full-day programme of discussion and expert advice focuses on forward thinking and business success for UK kitchen and bathroom retailers.
The annual event takes place on the same date and at the same venue as the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards – March 27 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
The conference runs between 10am and 4pm, and the awards from 7pm to 2am.
Sessions include keynote on-stage interviews on retail strategies with Paul Rowland, CP Hart managing director contracts, and Alno International chief executive Jonathon Wagstaff who, among many other responsibilities, oversees the 50-strong chain of in-toto franchises.
Other retail speakers include showroom guru Pete Champion, who has completed projects for the likes of Armani, Diesel, Adidas, Carphone Warehouse and Costa Coffee, as well as a number of high-profile KBB brands including, most recently, Hansgrohe’s ‘Water Studio’ in London.
A special workshop session will also examine how to run successful showroom events, with retailers Sapphire Spaces, Taylors Etc and Kitchens by JS Geddes using real case studies of their own events to highlight the dos and don’ts.
There will be workshop sessions on bathroom interior design as well as open-plan kitchens, also using real projects from leading designers. There’ll also be an exclusive presentation from Houzz on the results of its latest kitchen and bathroom consumer surveys.
“With just over a fortnight to go, this is shaping up as a great line-up of retail and design experts with real and practical insight into the frontline of the kitchen and bathroom market,” said kbbreview managing editor and conference host Andrew Davies. “It’s especially significant this year because, for the first time, we’re combining the conference with the awards in the same venue for those who want to come to both. I can’t wait!”
Anyone is welcome to come to just the conference, just the awards or to book a combined place.
Retailers can book places at just the conference for £69 + VAT, and non-retailers for £149 + VAT
