BagnoDesign launches Ginza at Clerkenwell Design Week

BagnoDesign is set to use Clerkenwell Design Week to launch a new bathroom collection that signals a move towards bolder finishes and more layered design schemes.

The supplier will unveil Ginza at its Architecture & Design Gallery on Charterhouse Street during the show, which runs from 19–21 May, with the collection taking inspiration from Tokyo’s Ginza district and aiming to move beyond the softer neutral palettes that have dominated bathroom design in recent years.

The range introduces finishes including Armour Truffle, Brushed Nickel and Armour Lip Gloss across brassware, showering, basins, furniture and accessories, with the products designed to work as a fully coordinated bathroom offer from a single supplier. BagnoDesign said the collection has been developed with hospitality, boutique residential and specification-led projects in mind.

Alongside the main launch, the company will also introduce Ginza Junior, a more playful extension of the range featuring pink and grey finishes targeted at family bathrooms and more inclusive spaces.

Visitors to Clerkenwell Design Week will be able to see the collection within BagnoDesign’s wider portfolio at its 200sq m Clerkenwell gallery at 119 Charterhouse Street. The two-floor space has been designed as a specification-focused environment for architects, designers and retailers, with room sets and curated displays across sanitaryware, furniture, baths and showering products.

Rather than operating as a traditional showroom during the festival, BagnoDesign said the space is intended to encourage more collaborative discussions and one-to-one meetings with specifiers and trade professionals.

The launch comes as the brand continues to expand its UK presence through its Clerkenwell hub and a retail network of more than 120 partners nationwide, alongside its focus on the premium specification market.
