Roca Group returned to profit in 2025, reporting net earnings of €43m after recording a loss of €61m in 2024.
The bathroom manufacturer said the previous year’s result had been affected by its withdrawal from Russia, where it began a divestment process four years ago and ended its production and commercial operations.
Revenue for 2025 reached €1.96bn. The company said this represented growth of 3.8% at constant exchange rates compared with 2024, although currency depreciation across a number of its markets meant reported sales growth was 0.6%.
Gross operating profit (EBITDA) was €273m, in line with previous years.
The company said trading took place against a backdrop of stagnating construction activity across many western markets. It also highlighted changing consumer spending patterns, with households directing more expenditure towards services and experiences after several years of elevated spending on home improvements following the pandemic.
During the year, Roca Group invested €126m across a range of projects including production capacity expansion, new robotic factories, digitalisation initiatives, product development, sustainability programmes, centres of expertise and new Gallery spaces.
The company said it is also exploring potential applications of artificial intelligence within the bathroom health segment.
As part of its growth strategy, Roca Group completed two acquisitions in the premium and luxury sectors. The group acquired a majority stake in Italian bathroom manufacturer Antonio Lupi Design and also purchased Australian tap and fittings company Phoenix Industries.
On sustainability, Roca Group said it had received the EcoVadis Platinum Medal for the second consecutive year, placing it among the top 1% of companies assessed by the ratings provider. The company also achieved EcoVadis’ highest “Leader” rating for carbon management.
In addition, the group was included in the Financial Times and Statista Europe’s Climate Leaders 2026 ranking. Roca Group said it was the highest-ranked bathroom products manufacturer in the European list.
