Bathroom Brands Group has launched a new digital trade portal for its retail partners, bringing together its Crosswater, Burlington, Britton and Showerwall brands on a single platform.
Called BB24/7, the portal has been developed as a business-to-business platform designed to support product selection, ordering, account management and aftersales support.
Retailers using the platform can access live stock availability, account-specific pricing, place and track orders, and manage their accounts in one place.
The portal also includes features intended to reduce ordering errors, including compatible product recommendations, alternative suggestions for discontinued or out-of-stock products, and prompts for any required accompanying items.
Andrew Riley, service transformation manager at Bathroom Brands Group, said: “Our new BB24/7 portal has been designed to make doing business with Bathroom Brands Group as simple and efficient as possible.
“By bringing together live stock availability, account-specific pricing, intelligent product recommendations, order tracking and account management in one place, we’re giving our retail partners instant access to the tools and information they need every day.
“It’s much more than an ordering platform – it’s a complete digital hub that helps retailers save time, reduce errors and focus on delivering the best possible service to their customers.”
Alongside ordering and account management, retailers can also use the portal to view invoices and credit notes, download technical documentation, raise and track returns, update account information, manage marketing preferences, and access product launches, offers and business updates.
