Luxury British interiors brand Neptune is set to open a new showroom space within Fenwick Newcastle next month, marking the company’s first-ever location within a major department store.
Officially launching on October 8, the new 4,000 sq ft showroom – which will also become Fenwick’s largest concession store so far – will house complete roomset displays showing a range of living, dining, kitchen and bedroom spaces.
The space will also include a dedicated design library for customers, allowing visitors to view and consider materials, colours, fabrics and finishes, alongside Neptune’s in-house design service, which offers tailored support for projects.
Neptune already has around 30 showroom locations across the country, with the company saying it is looking to open between two and four stores each year from now on. The company outlined that the Fenwick Newcastle opening furthers its plan of expanding its presence in carefully selected locations while still “maintaining the considered, immersive retail experience for which it is known”.
“Opening at Fenwick Newcastle gives us a wonderful opportunity to bring the very best of Neptune to customers in the North East,” said Michael Hope, Neptune’s regional head of retail. “This showroom will offer a truly complete experience of the brand, from thoughtfully designed roomsets to the expertise of our in-house design team. It is a clear reflection of our continued investment in physical retail spaces and our confidence in the value of creating inspiring, high-quality shopping environments for our customers.”
