Cosentino and Franke UK have become the latest sponsors of the Foundation Degree in Kitchen Design course at Bucks New University.
They join current sponsors Blum, Blanco, BSH, Egger, Deco Glaze, Miele, LDL Components and CDUK.
Cosentino managing director Christophe Gontier commented: “Cosentino is committed to supporting its industry and is delighted to be backing The Kitchen Education Trust [TKET]. We are offering one of our Elite Studios a 50% scholarship to send a member of their staff on the award-winning foundation degree course at Buckinghamshire New University.”
Neil Clark, managing director of Franke UK, said: “We recognise that The Kitchen Education Trust are making a real difference to our industry and are pleased to be able to support the Kitchen Design course at New Bucks University.”
All sponsors are now actively recruiting for students both internally, and externally with studios, and offer financial support for students wishing to join the course in September. Students selected for admission are eligible for consideration, and details of the packages available vary according to each sponsor.
TKET chairman Craig Matson added: “More companies wishing to offer their backing or recommend a student should contact me now for the admissions cycle that commences in September.”
