The new sous-vide cooking function on the combi-steam 400 series oven brings professional-style, slow and gentle cooking to the home. Cooking at a low temperature of between 50°C and 95°C is said to intensify flavour and texture and retain more moisture. Inspired by top chefs, sous-vide cooking can also be used in conjunction with other steam functions. The 400 series warming drawer is also set to launch early this year and is designed to match the stainless steel 400 series ovens.
