Designs for the Quintessential Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen kitchen range have now reportedly been signed off, and the first displays are set to be unveiled in showrooms from as early as next month, according to KBB Partnerships.
In January, four kitchen showrooms will have Quintessential collection displays in-store. To mark the occasion, interior designer and TV personality Llewelyn-Bowen will embark on an exclusive tour of the showrooms, where he will meet with designers and formally unveil the new kitchens.
Following the January unveiling, KBB Partnerships told kbbreview that there will be further showroom launches planned for February and March, and then a debut at the Ideal Home Show.
The company’s stand will feature a fully functional display kitchen alongside curated living and sleeping spaces, which will showcase an array of licensed Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen products, including fabrics, wallpapers, and furniture.
Sharing his excitement about the launch, Llewelyn-Bowen said: “It’s been a joy to craft these kitchens – spaces that blend timeless elegance with bold personality. I cannot wait for the UK to experience this design revolution.”
The Quintessential collection was first announced earlier this year, where it was described as a mid-market range aimed specifically at independent retail studios.
It was originally planned to be manufactured by Exeter-based KCM Kitchens, which was unfortunately liquidated in September. However, KCM managing director Dale Williams confirmed to kbbreview that the deal to produce the range would still go ahead under licensing company KBB Partnerships, but would instead be manufactured by “a select group of two to three already well-established manufacturers”.
At KBB Birmingham this year, Llewelyn-Bowen spoke to kbbreview about his wish for the kitchen industry to push “daring design” even further to create new innovations.
