Nôsa plans for growth with new appointments

Premium bathroom brand Nôsa has announced a series of new hires and promotions to support its growth, which sees changes to both its consumer and trade channels.

Gary Murray has recently become Nôsa’s chief marketing officer. Said to be a seasoned marketing executive, Murray has a background in digital strategy, ecommerce growth and brand storytelling.

The company says Murray’s experience will help it make a significant impact across digital impact and trade marketing alike, with the goal of elevating its position in the market.

“At Nôsa, I lead our strategic marketing efforts to bring the brand’s story and collections to life,” Murray commented. “I’m focused on building a distinctive presence in the luxury bathroom space, where smart marketing meets timeless design.”

Bringing more than 20 years of experience, Neil Thompson joined the company this year as sales director. With his career history at brands including Baylis & Harding and Lapicida, the company says his design-conscious approach will play a critical role in Nôsa’s expansion across retail, wholesale and B2B channels.

Thompson said: ““With my proven track record of driving profitable growth and building high-performing sales teams across the UK and global markets, I’m focused on expanding the brand’s presence in the luxury bathroom space—combining timeless design with commercial insight to meet the evolving tastes of modern homeowners.”

Also joining Nôsa is Samantha McDermid, who has taken up the role of brand manager. Having previously held senior roles in jewellery, eyewear, and fashion, she has been tasked with building the visual identity of the brand.

“My vision is to elevate the brand into a trusted household name by focusing on three key pillars: brand integrity, exceptional customer service, and innovative product collections,” she explained. “Through a commitment to detail and a customer-first experience, Nôsa will set new standards in the luxury bathroom sector.”

In addition, Thomas Heaney has also joined Nôsa this year as the company’s technical manager. He is said to have extensive experience in the bathroom industry, and reportedly has a strong foundation in product sourcing, design development, and technical specifications.

According to Heaney, his goal “is to develop well-engineered, visually striking products that meet the highest standards of quality and usability”.

Finally, Lauren Hudson is joining Nôsa as the company’s marketing assistant. The company says she has a strong grasp of social media strategy, performance tracking, and visual storytelling, she is set to play a key role in amplifying the brand’s digital presence.

Discussing her role, she said: “From curating social media to supporting product launches, I’m committed to building a strong brand presence that resonates with our audience.”
