At its debut InstallerSHOW appearance, bathroom supplier hib. launched its new hib.pro platform, which is a community space designed exclusively for professional installers.
Aiming to support, inspire and connect installers across the country, hib. says the platform can be used to share expert installation tips, announce product updates, and connect with other like-minded professionals.
hib. says the new platform also features an exclusive online forum just for installers, social channels on Instagram and Facebook tailored to trade content, promotions and competitions, how-to videos, and access to the latest hib. developments.
The platform has also named Band of Builders as its chosen charity, supporting its work in providing tradespeople with mental health support, practical assistance and financial aid.
Rochelle Barratt, hib.’s channel marketing specialist, said the new platform was the company’s way of giving back to the installer community. She commented: “Installers are at the heart of everything we do at hib. – they’re the ones who bring our products to life in real homes.
“We wanted to create a space that genuinely reflects their needs – a place where they can find support, share their successes, and be part of a wider network that understands the challenges of the trade.”
Rob Ginsberg, hib. CEO also added: “Over the past 35 years, as hib. has continued to evolve and grow, our dedicated installers have remained an integral part of our success. With the introduction of hib.pro, we’re now able to maintain a consistent flow of feedback, enabling us to enhance our products and services and make life easier for both installers and their customers.”
Earlier this year, hib. also announced a comprehensive rebrand, changing its name from “HiB” for the first time in its 35-year history. Following the rebrand, CEO Rob Ginsberg spoke exclusively to kbbreview about the news, saying the new identity was just the start of things to come at the bathroom supplier.
