Miele has expanded its portfolio with a new range of 80cm and 90cm downdraft hoods featuring integrated, app-controlled lighting.
The models allow users to adjust light colour and intensity via the Miele app, while selected versions include a surrounding LED light strip for additional mood lighting. The height-adjustable deflector plate can be set in three positions to balance extraction performance, illumination and sightlines.
The range includes the DAD 6880 Levantar Ambient for 80cm hobs and the DAD 4370 Levantar for 90cm panoramic hobs, both featuring a rise-and-hide design that retracts into the worktop when not in use.
