Surface brand Atlas Concorde has recently presented two new porcelain stoneware collections, Boost Hux and Vivia, both designed to complement each other harmoniously.
Intended for use in flooring, walls and façades, the company says Boost Hux offers a contemporary interpretation of cast concrete in neutral and vibrant shades. Inspired by a concrete-working process that mixes materials and pigments, Boost Hux introduces cast concrete into the company’s wide colour palette for the first time.
The Boost Hux palette is made up of two complementary families. Five natural shades – Shell, Camel, Dune, Clay and Moka – which sit alongside four Aged colours – Green Aged, Blue Aged, Red Aged and Ember Aged – in natural, matt, muted tones, which are available in the 60 × 120 cm format with a Matte Sensitech finish.
Meanwhile, the new Vivia product family adds decorative accents. Inspired by traditional Italian glazed ceramics, the collection uses a glaze to express colour.
The Vivia Crelis range is available in eight colours – Off-White, Shell, Light Green, Deep Green, Light Blue, Deep Blue, Ochre and Deep Red – in the 50 × 120 cm format, with a glossy surface and a delicate craquelé pattern beneath the glaze that never repeats in exactly the same way.
The new Vivia Kiln collection features twelve colours in a small 6 × 24 cm format, and has been inspired by handcrafted ceramic bricks.
