Area Sales Representative (Scotland)
The Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will work closely with a dedicated, service-oriented team and report to our Area Head of Sales. Your main responsibilities will include managing a growing portfolio of established independent accounts in your area and actively seeking new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s success by promoting our brands to both existing and new accounts through excellent customer service. This position involves selling and overseeing a premium range of proven products and services.
The Person
We are seeking candidates who have made a promising start to their sales career and are eager to build a successful career with a well-respected company in its field. While knowledge of the independent kitchen market and its retailers is advantageous, it is not essential, as full product training will be provided. A full driving licence is required for this role. You should have proven experience in a sales role, ideally field-based, with the ability to manage your own schedule and cover a large territory. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, with an ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Above all, you should be a self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
Salary Details
We offer a competitive basic salary, with additional monthly commission on turnover (uncapped), a hybrid car, and other benefits. OTE £37,500- £47,500.
