THT is opening a brand-new kitchen and bathroom showroom in central Winchester, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Bathroom Sales Designer to help launch and grow our bathroom division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced bathroom professional to join us from the beginning and play a key role in developing a successful new showroom.
The Role
Manage customers from initial enquiry through to completed bathroom design and sale
Create bathroom designs and layouts using CAD design software
Produce professional CAD presentations to help customers visualise their new bathroom
Prepare detailed quotations and presentations
Proactively follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales
Manage your own sales pipeline
Work closely with our project management and installation teams
Help develop the showroom and overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ bathroom sales and design experience
Proven track record of achieving strong sales results
Strong experience using bathroom CAD/design software
Excellent bathroom and product knowledge
Confident, professional and highly motivated
Strong communication and closing skills
Excellent attention to detail
