THT is opening a brand-new kitchen and bathroom showroom in central Winchester, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Kitchen Sales Designer to help launch and grow our kitchen division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional to join us from the beginning and play a key role in developing a successful new showroom.
The Role
· Manage customers from initial enquiry through to completed kitchen design and sale
· Prepare quotations and presentations
· Proactively follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales
· Manage your own sales pipeline
· Work closely with our project management and installation teams
· Help develop the showroom and overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 5 years’ kitchen sales and design experience
· Proven track record of achieving strong sales results
· Experienced with kitchen CAD/design software
· Excellent kitchen and product knowledge
· Confident, professional and highly motivated
· Strong communication and closing skills
· Excellent attention to detail
Experience with PWS kitchens/products is preferred but not essential.
