MK Interiors to work with Dacombes of Wimborne

Dacombes of Wimborne is working with local kitchen designer MK Interiors to offer a bespoke fitted kitchen service.

This is the first time that the electrical retailer will be offering this service, which traditionally sells white goods, home appliances and home electricals.

Dacombes is in the process of moving to a new premises, the Brights of Nettlebed building on Leigh Road, which has allowed it to expand its offering at the new 4,500sq ft destination store.

Located in the brand new kitchen area, there will be a team of four specialist staff on site to design and create bespoke solutions.

Dacombes is an official stockist for Neff, Samsung, Bosch, Panasonic and Liebherr.

Dacombes managing director, Matt Renaut, said: “When we heard that Brights of Nettlebed were closing their Wimborne store, we knew it would be an ideal location for us and enable us to go ahead with our expansion plans.

“Retail is changing, and, via customer feedback, we realised the need to create a destination shop and to have specialist products and advisors on hand to create bespoke kitchens too.

“We had run out of space in West Street and in the Cornmarket and the new building has the added advantage of a car park to the rear. The premises are spacious which means we can create several different areas for our products and our customers will have the benefit of more selection, thus creating an improved customer experience and level of service.

“Myself, my co-directors and our team of 15 skilled staff, very much look forward to welcoming everyone to the brand new Dacombes of Wimborne store in Leigh Road soon.”
