Bucks New University kitchen degree course student Natalie Peters has been writing for kbbreview throughout her studies. With her last presentation complete – via Zoom, thanks Covid – she is now eagerly awaiting her results. Here she reflects on the last four years of study and this “once in a lifetime opportunity”
