KBB Birmingham expands as demand hits high

Trade show KBB Birmingham has extended its floor space for the first time since 2008.

Organiser UBM attributes the move to an upturn in the market, saying that it expects around 350 companies to sign up to exhibit by the time the doors open on March 6.

Taking place at the NEC, the show is welcoming the return of brands such as Roper Rhodes, Hepplewhite and Mereway, as well as new exhibitors Schock, Arredo3, Keller Keukens and Scavolini.

Another new development for the 2016 show will be the KBB Arena, an event, networking and hospitality area that will host the kbbreview Retail & Design Conference 2016 – a four day series of advice, debate and insight from industry experts, all curated by the editorial team of kbbreview.

“We look forward to welcoming everyone at KBB in March,” said show director Jon Johnston. “It’s the only dedicated UK trade event for kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. We have some great brands returning as well as new companies exhibiting. The bigger than expected demand for space at KBB 2016 reflects that the UK market is an exciting one, not just in terms of the volume of demand for product, but the demand for innovative product design and function.”

KBB Birmingham runs from March 6-9 at the NEC. To find out more about the show and to register, see www.kbb.co.uk.
