Ripples MD cycles for sanitation

Ripples managing director Paul Crow is taking part in a charity bike ride to raise money to tackle poverty in the south-east of India.

Crow said he hopes to raise money for charity Sanitation First and has urged members from the bathroom industry to get involved.

The cycle route will be from London to Paris on September 6, with Crow already having a total of 16 riders on board from companies including Methven, Roca, Hansgrohe, Hertitage, Bristan and Ripples.

He aims to have a total of 20 riders, with Hansgrohe committing to providing a full Hansgrohe Bora kit for each rider that participates.

“We all work in a business profiting from improving the sanitation experience for our customers, and it would be really good if, for one year, and one year only, everyone that is involved in the industry could join me in raising money for Sanitation First a wonderful charity that are tackling poverty, one toilet at a time,” he said on the charity’s website.
