Q: Why are trade shows such as this one important for your business?
A: kbb Birmingham is a must-attend event on the KBB calendar and this is from both a business and social perspective. It gives my brand and business the chance to spend quality time with new and existing retailers, discuss our plans for 2020, as well as gather valuable market insight by keeping abreast with the competition.
Q: What are the main challenges you will face as a business this year and how will you overcome these?
A: Every year brings new challenges and opportunities in business, regardless of the bigger picture. Made-to-order furniture is unlikely to take a hit as there will be no excess stock to store and I believe that customers will always appreciate high-quality pieces that they can experience in person at a dedicated showroom specialist.
We will continue to support our retailers by delivering precision-designed custom furniture affordably and on time, as well as providing the highest levels of service to everyone in our close-knit supply network to ensure peace of mind.
