Q: Why are trade shows such as this one important for your business?
A: It’s vital to take part in events like kbb 2020. They provide so many great opportunities to exhibit new products and discuss new opportunities with retailers and installers face-to-face and all under one roof.
Q: Why should retailers come to shows like this? What are the benefits to them?
A: Shows like kbb 2020 are hugely important to retailers because they offer them the opportunity to see the latest products and newest technologies in the flesh, ensuring they are fully aware of the most popular products and emerging trends for the coming year.
Q: What are you looking forward to most at this year’s kbb show?
A: Meeting new customers face-to-face. Having a conversation with someone in person is the best way to inform them about new products and future plans. It allows you to answer their questions immediately, which isn’t always possible when communicating via e-mail or social media.
Q: What are the main challenges you will face as a business this year and how will you overcome these?
A: I expect Brexit to present the biggest challenge in 2020. Hopefully, it will create more opportunities than challenges and end up being a good thing, but the uncertainty it is currently causing isn’t helping anyone.
