Q: What are you looking forward to most at this year’s kbb show?
A: kbb provides an unmissable opportunity to get our products noticed by industry professionals, but it’s also a great way to gauge market trends and to see what other brands from the world of kitchens and bathrooms are bringing to market.
Q: How do you view the health of the UK KBB market? In what ways could it improve and how can the industry improve it?
A: It is a tough market and independent retailers need to be able to differentiate in order to compete. By offering innovation in design, style choice and taps that give consumers the next level in functionality at an affordable price point, independent retailers will be able to take on the competition, while their superior knowledge of how the latest technology, such as hot water taps, works will seal the deal.
