Q: Why should retailers come to shows like this? What are the benefits to them?
A: The benefits to retailers are endless. The show gives retailers the chance to see how the market is adapting to new trends, the economy and an ever-changing business climate.
Technology is rapidly evolving and changing across practically every industry in the world, and the KBB market is by no means an exception to that.
Offers, market insight and experiencing new technology are all major benefits to attending the show. However the power of creating a supplier retailer connection is imperative. This is one we at Synergy pride ourselves upon, like everybody else we have our sales goals, but we want to take the time to talk to attendees to learn more about their needs and how Synergy can help to achieve that, together.
It is vital that retailers and suppliers see their relationship as a partnership, one’s goals are not attainable without the other’s and that is one of the biggest reasons that trade shows are fundamental to our marketing activities.
This is evident in Synergy through the inclusion of the ‘Genius Bar’. This gives visitors to the stand the opportunity to see how to make the most of their account with Synergy and streamline their business processes.
Q: What are you looking forward to most at this year’s kbb show?
A: kbb 2020 acts as the unofficial launch of the new Synergy branding, as well as a platform for us to showcase our new products and new finishes. I am excited to hear what visitors to the show think of the evolution of Synergy as a brand.
