Q: Why are trade shows such as this one important for your business?
A: kbb is an unrivalled platform to introduce our new products to retailers and it has always been a busy show for us, creating tremendous interest in our brand and products. The quality of visitors is exceptional and it’s a great way to get together with our customers.
Q: What are the main challenges you will face as a business this year and how will you overcome these?
A: The market has to offer more choice than ever and consumers are more invested in their bathroom design, especially with social media channels having a big impact. We see this as less of a challenge and more of an opportunity and will tackle this by being the first to bring innovative designs to the wall-panel market. Brexit is still looming, having the UK-manufactured stamp on products has certainly started to present opportunities, however we still face the challenge of uncertainty.
