Symphony launches online training program

Yorkshire-based fitted furniture-manufacturer, Symphony Group has announced its latest program of live virtual training sessions.

Launched as part of its commitment to provide ongoing support to its retail network, the online program has been designed to suit the needs of retailers under pressure from the Covid-19 situation and is available across all of its kitchen brands – Linear, Gallery and Milano.

“Each course is broken down into two hour-long live online sessions,” said Emma Banks, training manager at Symphony. “The courses are very interactive and use a range of methods to help designers learn about the technical aspects and benefits of the products. Each session is ideal for new starters or people with more experience, and individual sessions can be tailored to individual retailers’ needs as required.”

Giving her feedback on the course, Chloe Degiorgio, from Anglesos Interiors commented: “I attended the online training course for Milano and Linear and to say the training was helpful is an understatement. I’m new to the kitchen retail industry and have been winging it since January I was just starting to get the hang of it and lockdown happened. Thankfully I was able to complete the online training with Emma, I have learnt so much and have a newfound confidence when dealing with customers and explaining the different ranges and price bands.”
