Phillip Cole has been appointed as global sales director at Clive Christian Furniture. The furniture company is currently under new leadership from new owner and chairman, David Dare.
Cole will be responsible for strategic brand partnerships and sales planning and will oversee the company’s 18 showrooms in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the USA, as well as establishing new global market opportunities
Dare said: “We are embarking on an exciting new chapter for Clive Christian Furniture and have ambitious plans. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Phil for a number of years and have a great deal of respect for his drive, passion and deep understanding of the luxury interiors market. He is an essential addition to our team as we expand our product range and international presence.”
Over the past 10 years, Cole has been with Perrin and Rowe. Following its acquisition by Fortune Brands, Cole managed contract sales in the hospitality sector for Perrin and Rowe, Shaws of Darwen and Victoria + Albert.
