Software company TruBlue has announced the launch of TruBlue Studio, a new cloud-based platform combining professional 2D and 3D design, rendering, KBB product data and business management tools in a single solution.
The company says the platform has been developed to connect the creative and commercial sides of KBB retail, allowing businesses to design customer projects, create visual proposals, generate leads, manage customer relationships and track sales opportunities from one platform.
The platform is also connected to TruBlue’s existing KBB product catalogues, which the company says are continually maintained to provide users with accurate and relevant manufacturer product information.
TruBlue says that by using real product data, users’ designs can be based on products that can subsequently be specified, quoted and sold, helping to create a closer link between the design process and the final customer purchase.
“We wanted to go beyond creating another design package,” said Leigh Martin, managing director of TruBlue. “Our ambition was to unify professional design planning and rendering with the lead generation, customer tracking and CRM capabilities that KBB businesses rely on so heavily today.
“We believe we’ve created one of the highest-quality design solutions available to the industry, underpinned by accurate, up-to-date KBB product data, while also recognising that great design is only one part of the customer journey.
“The commercial and relationship-management side of the business is just as important. TruBlue Studio brings those worlds together in one connected platform, giving businesses the tools to create outstanding customer experiences while managing the processes that turn enquiries into sales.”
