Next stop Paris for Ideal Standard Together World Tour

The city of Paris will be the next focus for bathroom products manufacturer Ideal Standard’s Together World Tour.

The Paris event will be streamed live on October 21 at 1100 BST and will last for 30 minutes and those interested in attending can register here.

This will be the fourth in the series of cinematic events aimed at the international architecture and design community, offering insights into the culture and design trends of its chosen city as well as insights into the evolution of bathroom design and Ideal Standard’s latest products.

The tour started in Milan in April, then went to Berlin in June. The London event on September 23 was a physical event held at the Design London fair, where speakers from Ideal Standard also gave talks. It was also streamed live from the Together World Tour microsite. The Paris event will only be streamed with no physical counterpart.

The digital Paris event will celebrate the French capital’s culture and investigate the evolution from the atelier society to the industrial world of bath ceramics. It will also provide a behind-the-scenes look at Ideal Standard’s manufacturing plant to show how the latest technology is used to create striking designs.

Ideal Standard will also showcase new products from its award-winning Atelier Collections – Extra, Linda-X and Tipo-Z, as well as a preview of a new addition to the company’s wider portfolio, due out in 2022.

Commenting on the Atelier collections, PS+A founder and Ideal Standard chief design officer Roberto Palomba said: “The foundation for timeless design is grounded in values, rather than trends, and that’s exactly what inspired our flagship Atelier Collections. The Atelier Collections are beautifully crafted to embody this concept of timeless design without compromising on functionality, taking inspiration from the past, present and future.”
