The DKG Group, parent company of Keller Kitchens, has confirmed permanent positions to its statutory board.
Formerly, the management of DKG Group was operated on an interim basis by Toine van Rooij (chief executive officer), Boy Salverda (chief financial officer) and Ron van den Berg (chief commercial officer). Those interim positions were put in place after the death of CEO Anton Sanders in January 2021. From January 1, 2022, the positions will be confirmed as permanent appointments.
The DKG Group supervisory board considered the succession and division of roles within the DKG management during 2021 and after careful consideration an internal succession was chosen unanimously.
The group’s shareholders converted the interim status of the three board members into a permanent arrangement, and together they form the statutory board of the DKG Group.
