Kudos has announced that Gemma Burns has joined the team as customer service manager. She has settled into her role quickly as she has many years in customer-facing roles.
Burns said: “I was looking for a role that utilised my sales and service skills, and the Customer Services Manager position at Kudos suits me perfectly. It’s an exciting time to join the business, the company is thriving, and we have many exciting products launched. I have had some fantastic peer support since I joined; I am enjoying a great team culture at Kudos.”
