Shropshire-based kitchen retailer Darwins of Shrewsbury is the latest KBB showroom to join the Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom Specialists Association (KBSA).
Darwins can now advertise its KBSA membership within its showroom and marketing materials. This, it says, will help to reassure prospective customers that it conforms to the KBSA’s approved code of conduct and is a trader they can trust.
Chris Dwyer, director at Darwins, said: “We are delighted to join other independent retailers as a member of the KBSA. As a service-based business it was important that we chose to join an association that is more than just a badge. The strict criteria and vetting procedures required for membership shows that we have reached certain standards, and acts as a powerful marketing tool for our customers. We are proud to have been accepted by the KBSA and to be the only kitchen showroom in Shropshire to have attained KBSA membership.”
KBSA retail and corporate membership director Malcolm Scott said “I am pleased to welcome Darwins of Shrewsbury to the KBSA. We are on target to achieve our plan to double the retail membership, helped by the increased promotion of the KBSA brand to consumers who are actively seeking a new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom.”
The KBSA also recently announced the theme for its upcoming conference taking place later on this year: Ingenuity and Building Success.
