Growing kitchen retailer plans expansion with third showroom

Kitchen retailer Olive & Barr has announced that it plans to open a third showroom in the near future.

Located in the grounds of Elkstone Studios, the new Gloucestershire showroom is scheduled to be completed in the next few weeks. This follows the opening of previous showrooms in south London and Malvern.

The new showroom is said to be over 1,000sq ft in size, and was designed to highlight the brand by creating a home-away-from-home feeling. It will showcase a shaker kitchen and boot room, highlighting Olive & Ball’s cabinetry first hand.

According to the retailer, the decision to open its latest showroom in Gloucestershire reflects a strategic decision to expand its reach to the south-west of the UK and cater to their increasing customer base.

Olive & Barr’s founder, Al Bruce, explained: “Due to substantial growth, we are delighted to be expanding our portfolio, with a new showroom opening in Gloucestershire.

“The showroom will cater to our customers in the South-West, providing an expansive and beautifully designed space in which they can admire our handcrafted shaker kitchen cabinetry first-hand and discuss their dream kitchen with our talented team.

“We are extremely thankful to our existing clients who have supported us thus far and are looking forward to establishing lasting relationships with new clients and local businesses as we embark on this new chapter.”

Earlier this year, Olive & Barr’s Bruce was the winner of a kbbreview Retail & Design award, in the category of “Kitchen Designer of the Year: project cost £30,000 – £50,000”.
