Cyncly opens AI Innovation Centre

Software and content solutions provider Cyncly has announced the opening of a new AI Innovation Centre that it says will help accelerate program development and enhance the customer experience.

The new centre in Bengaluru, India, will develop solutions across a range of Cyncly products, adding the power of AI across its portfolio, which includes project inspiration, design, sales, manufacturing and delivery.

Cyncly says the new Innovation Centre will add substantial technical expertise and development resources to its global team, which will work with the company’s industry experts to bring new technologies that it says will help improve the customer experience, achieve greater efficiency and earn higher margins.

Technologies the centre will leverage, including Generative AI and ML, will, says Cyncly, support customer workflows and enable it to deliver innovative products that offer a more immersive experience.

Said Cyncly chief technical officer Hetal Shah: “I’m thrilled for the opening of Cyncly’s AI Innovation Centre as the company executes on its plan to lead the spaces-for-living industry. We are bringing together a team with world-class talent, leveraging industry insights and data from our long history supporting customers, so we can deliver the next generation of innovative products.”

Manish Bhatia, vice-president of engineering, added: “Cyncly’s AI strategy is built on our deep industry focus, our engineering resources, and the quantity and quality of data we have from every stage of the consumer journey. We are excited to have the Innovation Centre as an additional resource, supporting our growing team of AI and subject matter experts across the organization, to fulfil Cyncly’s growth strategy and solve unique business challengers for our customers.”

Cyncly was created in September 2022 following the merger of Compusoft, 2020 and their affiliate companies, in 2021.
