Uform announces huge staff shake-up with nine new recruits

Doors and accessories manufacturer Uform has just announced a grand total of nine new appointments to its workforce, with fresh additions to its sales, marketing and business development teams.

Maria Lopez Alonso is joining Uform to be its new head of business development, and will be supported with the addition of two new business development executives. Reporting directly to her, Stephen McIlroy will now be responsible for growing business in the North East and Scotland, while Paul Robinson will work to generate new business in the North West.

Additionally, Paul Simms has joined Uform as a new area sales manager for the North East, Cumbria and Scotland; Louise Herterich will be managing area sales for the North West; Corin Smith has joined the team as an area sales manager for the GB Northern Home Counties and East Anglia; and Micheál Concannon has been appointed as a new area sales manager for the West of Ireland.

Finally, Uform’s marketing team has also expanded, and now includes David Bell, who will be working as a content marketer for the brand, and Shaunagh Devlin, who is now a brand manager for Uform’s Kitchen Stori consumer range.

Wes McKenna, Uform’s group sales and marketing director, said that the company was pleased to welcome the new members to the company’s sales, marketing and business development teams. He added: “These latest appointments are designed to support our strategic growth plan and will therefore be pivotal in terms of growing sales and growing market share.

“We now offer multiple product categories across various routes to market so we need to align resource accordingly to be able to retain our unrivalled service levels and keep our position strong when it comes to the marketing of our products and services.
