Novy launches new vented induction hob

Novy has recently launched its Easy 90 Prestige, a 900mm vented induction hob that makes use of rotary dial controls.

It features a central extraction vent that is said to intuitively activate when users start cooking, and is able to regulate the extraction speed as required.

Other features include automatic pot detection which retains heat when pots are moved around its surface, and a keep warm function that keeps dishes cooking at 42°C.
