To further support its customers, Franke has appointed two new field service technicians, who will assist with consumers’ instant boiling water taps, cooker hoods and waste disposal units.
Cody Norton has joined Franke to provide support to the Midlands and the East, while Martin Collomosse will work to support the North.
Franke says that they both have a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge of plumbing and gas fitting, which they will use to support customers well in their new roles.
They join Franke’s five-person team responsible for visiting customers’ homes or providing remote support to repair issues. The team also works to offer training to retailers on product installation, as well as providing advice on technical and maintenance enquiries.
