Luxury kitchen specialist, Silver Birch Interiors, has acquired a new property located in Livingston, signalling a strategic move to east Scotland.
With its current headquarters in Hamilton, Silver Birch’s move up the M8 motorway is part of the business’ wider plan to achieve over £5m of revenue within next 12 months.
The kitchen company says the property will undergo a six-figure refurbishment to become a state-of-the-art 1500 sq ft showroom and office facility, which is scheduled to open in Spring / Summer of 2025.
The plan is for the new location at the Livingston Designer Outlet, which is approximately 30 minutes from Edinburgh, to help the business expand both in terms of growing the team and strengthening key relationships with developers, architects and clients based in the east of Scotland.
Alan Macgregor founder of Silver Birch commented: “I founded Silver Birch with the mission of transforming lives through the creation of exceptional living spaces. I’m delighted to have now acquired this new property in Livingston which will significantly support our ambitious growth plans for the business.
“Expanding our presence to the east of the country will allow us to work with a wider pool of retail clients, trusted trade partners and the finest builders and developers to provide luxury, inspirational kitchens throughout Scotland.”
