Tissino ramps up support for showrooms

Warrington-based bathroom manufacturer Tissino has strengthened its support to showroom retailers by extending the availability of its premium product range.

As part of its push to better support its customer base, Tissino’s Esclusiva collection is now available to all bricks-and-mortar retailers. Prior to the implementation of the new strategy, it had only been available to 20% of Tissino’s customers.

To continue to protect the brand and its showroom partners, however, the brand has confirmed the range will not be available to any online only retailers. 

Helen Ray-Dennett, head of marketing and customer experience, says: “We know that there remains a heated debate within our industry around online only retailers selling products at highly discounted rates which often can’t be matched by bricks and mortar retailers. 

“Our Esclusiva range ensures that we are able to protect our brand and offering, providing our customers and consumers with premium products that remain premium. Many homeowners value brands that provide quality and exceptional customer service, long after purchase. The Esclusiva range is able to deliver on both and most importantly.”

To strengthen the message, Tissino has also extended the range of products in the collection with the addition of several new launces including Stratto, its new fluted vanity unit collection.
