Cyncly’s Winner software can now place orders with manufacturers and appliance brands directly through Tradeplace’s online ordering system.
The new integration between Cyncly and Tradeplace promises to streamline the way retailers interact with suppliers.
By integrating Tradeplace’s platform into Winner, Cyncly says retailers will benefit from faster order confirmations and eliminate the need for redundant data entry.
In a statement from Cyncly, the design software company said the Tradeplace direct connection provides “an array of features to support retailers and suppliers: Up-to-date product information (including availability, prices, photographs, and specification details), seamless online order placement with agreed-upon terms, real-time order status tracking, and 24/7 availability.
Alex Ainge, Cyncly’s senior director – head of KBF retail sales (SMB and Mid-Market) – EMEA, said: “At Cyncly, we’re always looking for cutting-edge tools that will simplify and improve the customer journey.
“Our new partnership with Tradeplace will make it quicker and easier for retailers to place accurate orders with suppliers and we’re delighted to be able to offer this additional support to our customers.”
Back in July, Cyncly announced that retailers could quote, manage, and order using EQ Flex, after integrating the function with its Virtual Worlds and Winner software.
This followed April’s announcement that chief executive officer David Tombre was retiring from the company, with Anand Krishnan named as his successor.
