Effective from this month, shower enclosure manufacturer Merlyn is rolling out a lifetime guarantee on its entire product portfolio.
Merlyn says the new guarantee is being established across every one of its products, from luxurious premium models to its more accessible ranges.
The company believes it is one of the first manufacturers in the luxury shower enclosure market to offer such a promise, which it says demonstrates its commitment to quality and durability.
“At Merlyn, quality and service is more than a promise, it’s our guarantee,” insisted Kathy Egan, Merlyn’s customer experience director.
“By extending our Lifetime Guarantee to all products, we’re setting a new benchmark in the industry, giving our partners a powerful selling advantage and our customers an enduring assurance of reliability, service and trust.”
Last month, the manufacturer also revealed plans to expand into the French market.
