KBBG names venue for 2025 members meeting

The Kitchen Bathroom Buying Group (KBBG), has named Center Parcs Sherwood Forest as the location for its annual members meeting this year, which is due to take place on June 30.

The annual members’ meeting will host a variety of speakers as well as an exhibition to showcase the group’s suppliers. The exhibition is designed as an opportunity for KBBG members to hear updates about products, benefit from exclusive offers and discuss new business opportunities.

This year’s venue boats a modern conference facility set within a unique forest setting. As part of the event, members, suppliers and guests of the KBBG will have exclusive use of Sherwood Forest’s conference centre, as well as unlimited access to the site’s leisure facilities after the event.

Owain Harrison, recently-appointed managing director of the KBBG said: “The Annual Members’ Meeting is the biggest event in the KBBG’s calendar and it’s exciting to be planning my first one as Managing Director. Center Parcs, Sherwood Forest is a fantastic location. Not only does it provide a flexible space to host the conference alongside an engaging exhibition and networking area, its commitment to operating sustainably aligns well with our priorities within the KBB industry.

“This year’s event will be an invaluable opportunity for members to gain insights, connect with peers, and explore new ways to strengthen their businesses in an ever-evolving market.

“The venue is completely different to anywhere that the Annual Members’ Meeting has been held before, and we hope that guests will enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. I look forward to welcoming everyone to what promises to be a memorable and impactful event.”

The KBBG said its members will receive invitations and the event’s agenda in the near future.

At the start of December, the previous KBBG managing director, Bill Miller, announced he would be stepping down to retire before the end of this month. He named Harrison, the former global business and brand development director at Novy, as his successor.
