Carvers Building Supplies has officially launched its new KBB retail brand – Carvers Interiors – which has also been supported by the opening of several new showrooms at its Wolverhampton head office.

The Carvers Interiors brand specialises in luxury bathrooms, kitchens, cookers and tiles. Renovations at the company’s showrooms have reportedly been underway for around seven months, but the display spaces are now fully open to the public.

The company’s recently renovated bathroom showrooms are said to feature a wide selection of all the latest styles and finishes. This includes walk-through displays that showcase modern and contemporary suites, cloakrooms, freestanding furniture and accessories, featuring brands such as Infinita, Utopia, Calypso and Grohe.

Visitors to the space can explore a total of 16 bathroom display pods, and receive expert advice from the Carvers Interiors team. The showrooms also feature a dedicated shower display area, where visitors can see the power of the display products firsthand.

As part of the launch, Carvers also welcomed Craven Dunnill as its preferred tile supplier, featuring their collections within their own wall and floor tile showroom.

According to Carvers, kitchen displays within the showrooms have been provided by local bespoke kitchen company, Bernard Savage. In addition, the showrooms also host LochAnna Kitchens displays, as well as worktops provided by Worktops at Trade.

Additionally, Carvers has recently renovated its two-storey Cooker Centre, which features a wide selection of range cookers from brands such as Lofra, Bertazzoni, Esse, Smeg and Steel Cucine. Carvers is also the largest UK stockist of Lacanche products. Wolf range cookers and Sub Zero refrigerators have also recently been added to the brand’s appliance portfolio.

To help facilitate the launch, the Carver team hosted a launch evening last week for the company’s contractors, suppliers, customers and interior designers, which also featured a live cookery demonstration on one of its working Lacanche models.

Commenting on the launch, company director Jack Carver, commented: “Carvers Interiors has been several years in the making.  We’ve worked hard to create showrooms that feel like a luxury spa, where people can feel relaxed and visualise their dream kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.

“We wanted to create showrooms that truly reflect the Carvers name and we like to think we have achieved that.  Our goal has always been to create perfect living spaces, whatever the size, shape or budget, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new showroom spaces.”

Jack Carver was appointed to the company’s board of directors in 2023. He is the son of current managing director Henry Carver, making him the fifth generation of the Carver family to join the company’s board.

Carvers Building Supplies has been well-known locally for more than a century. First established in 1896 by Harry Carver, it is renowned as being one of Wolverhampton’s first builders merchants.
