Following the announcement that Masco Corporation president Keith Allman will be retiring, Jonathon J. Nudi has been appointed as his successor.
The news follows Hansgrohe’s annual shareholder meeting on May 15, in which it was announced that two new members would be added to its supervisory board following Allman’s retirement.
Nudi will succeed Allman in the role of president and CEO of Masco on July 7. In addition, Hülya Inciroglu will also join the supervisory board as a member as Matthias Dittmann is stepping down from his own position as elected employee representitive.
As well as these two new appointments, Richard Grohe, grandson of company founder Hans Grohe and member of the supervisory board, was re-elected by the Annual General Meeting to represent Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH Syngroh on the Supervisory Board after his term of office expired.
According to the company, the other members of the Hansgrohe Supervisory Board also remain unchanged. This includes Klaus F. Jaenecke as chairman, Jai Shah as deputy chairman and group president of Masco Corporation, and Jürgen Nähr as the elected employee representative of Hansgrohe SE.
“On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Keith Allman for his more than 12 years of tireless commitment to the Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe,” says Klaus F. Jaenecke, chairman of the supervisory board.
“The trusting and cooperative partnership with Masco, which has existed since 1985, has contributed to the Hansgrohe Group’s excellent development over the past four decades. In his role as a member of the Supervisory Board, Keith Allman has made a significant contribution to this, not only with his proven expertise, but also with his strong personality. We wish him all the best for his retirement.”
He also added: “With Jonathon J. Nudi, we welcome a competent and experienced representative of our majority shareholder to the Hansgrohe Supervisory Board. We look forward to working with him.”
