The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has invited Alina Addison as guest speaker for its KBB Industry Conference 2025 at The Belfry Hotel and Resort.

The author, leadership coach and founder of executive coaching company ADAPTAA, will take to the conference stage on Wednesday, October 1.

A former managing director at Rothschild and chartered accountant with PwC, Addison is the author of the book ‘The Audacity Spectrum’, a guide to helping leaders embrace their unique strengths.

Alongside her corporate achievements, she co-owns a boutique hotel in Transylvania, where she hosts annual retreats designed to challenge, inspire and empower leaders to step fully into their power.

Her presentation, titled ‘Are You a Leader or a Boss?’, will explore the link between fearless leadership and emotional intelligence. Drawing on insights from her book, Addison will challenge delegates to reflect on their own leadership style.

“We are delighted that Alina will be joining us this year,” says KBSA chair Richard Hibbert. “Her unique perspective on bold, values-led leadership will be an inspiring addition to our programme.

“With her wealth of experience and passion for empowering others, Alina is set to spark powerful conversations and fresh thinking among our delegates.”

The KBB Industry Conference 2025 will once again feature a retailer dinner on the evening before the event, September 30, followed by the KBSA Designer Awards dinner after the conference on October 1.
