Visitors to the space will be able to explore the latest colour, style and product trends within the brand’s portfolio. TKC’s paint-to-order service is said to be highly prominent through the Centre, with interactive digital elements also incorporated to help customer’s learn more about the company’s products.

The space also houses dedicated training facilities that can be used by both customers and staff, with the facility also hosting TKC’s additional automated paint line.

“I’m absolutely delighted that the Customer Experience Centre is now complete and the calendar is filling rapidly with bookings to visit,” said Roy Saunders, CEO of TKC.

“We have a facility to be proud of, one that showcases the breadth and depth of our extensive product range. The response we’ve had so far has been phenomenal, with customers and prospective customers all taking inspiration from what they see, from products to digital POS through to seeing behind the scenes and the new machinery we’ve invested in”.

“There’s no denying that the KBB market has been tough but we’ve traded strongly this year and I’m convinced our latest investment will be one of our foundations for future growth over the next few years. Customers who visited TKC in the past were always impressed with our people and passion, now they’re also leaving feeling more inspired having experienced what our product range can do for them and their business.”
