Utopia Bathrooms has upgraded its online showroom locator to help generate leads for its network of retail showrooms.
The showroom locator provides customers with a list of local showrooms to visit, identifies specific products they will be able to see, as well as a list of services the showroom has to offer from interior design to fitting.
The update now gives customers the ability to book a design consultation with their local retailer through the website.
The ‘Find a Showroom’ button is predominantly displayed on the Utopia home page and is activated by simply entering a postcode.
For ease of reference, the name and address of the showroom are displayed alongside a location map, together with opening details, telephone number and a contact name.
Beth Boulton, Utopia’s marketing director, said: “We not only want to give visitors to our site as much information as possible about displaying showrooms in their locality but also take it one step further by stimulating leads.
“People don’t shop for bathrooms that frequently so may not always be aware what bathroom services are on offer in their local area. It’s crucial we capture these customers at their online research phase, increasing Utopia brand awareness as well as driving increased traffic to our retailer showrooms.”
