Häfele UK has announced it has become the exclusive distributor of Miele’s premium domestic appliances to select retailers and showrooms, with the brand’s products visibly on display at Häfele’s kbb Birmingham stand.
Going forward, Häfele will offer national coverage of a selected range of Miele appliances out of its central UK distribution hub. The full range of products stocked includes ovens, induction hobs, dishwashers, washing machines, fridge freezers, microwaves and coffee machines, as well as four complementary accessories.
Häfele says the distribution offering is also backed up by a 48-hour delivery promise, so retailers will be able to keep their projects on track.
Customers will also benefit from a comprehensive and dedicated aftercare support service for repairs and maintenance, which will be delivered directly by Miele’s in-house team of trained technicians.
“For too long, many of our partners have had to step outside the project to access premium brands, losing control, margin, and influence along the way,” commented Richard Curtis, managing director for Häfele UK. “By bringing Miele into our portfolio as the UK’s sole distributor, Häfele is changing that.”
Curtis continued: “When your kitchens carry Miele, you signal craftsmanship, reliability, and design integrity – values that elevate your own business and unlock higher-value projects. Guided by Miele’s ‘Immer Besser’ philosophy, which mirrors our own commitment to always doing better for our customers, we’re proud to now offer a trusted, direct route to Miele appliances, exclusively for pre-authorised retailers, studios and showrooms.
“This partnership builds even further on our 40+ years of supporting customers with complex, high-value projects. Now, in collaboration with, Miele, we can help our customers achieve this premium feel – combining their design expertise with our trusted distribution capabilities to deliver kitchens built to perform for decades.”
In related news, kbbreview recently interviewed Häfele MD Richard Curtis and chief product and marketing officer Rachel Tuckey, who said that the brand is on a mission to teach the industry about just how extensive its service offering truly is.
