Saniflo UK has announced plans to relocate to a “significantly larger premises” just a short distance from its current location, which the company says marks a major milestone for its growth.
The company is currently based at Unit 1, Watford Interchange on Colonial Way, and will move approximately 0.2 miles away to Unit 2 Watford Logistics Hub. The move is scheduled to take place over the Bank Holiday weekend covering May 2 to 4, with Saniflo expecting to be “fully operational at its new address” from May 5.
The new facility provides an additional 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space, increasing stock capacity and strengthening service levels across the UK.
In addition, SFA Saniflo has invested in a dedicated on-site training centre, enabling the team to deliver comprehensive product training covering installation, maintenance and fault finding.
“When I joined the business as managing director in 2023, the team had been in our current premises for 5 years, which was an upgrade on the former offices in Ruislip. Now, thanks to growth of the business and an increase in the product range, we have already outgrown where we are,” explained Dave Cook, Saniflo MD.
“The opportunity to relocate just a short distance up the road to larger premises came up and it suited our needs to allow for further growth and future proofing our business. With the new premises SFA Saniflo UK will be able to provide full product training, installation training and fault finding for our customers from installers, merchants, contractors and specifiers alike. Providing an extra 10,000 sq. ft to our warehouse space will allow for growth in our product range and build a sustainable business for the future. Our move is scheduled for May 2026 and the team are excited to enter our next chapter.”
