Bristan Group is launching a new lifetime guarantee for its taps, showers and accessories, which it says should increase confidence for retailers, homeowners and installers.
Designed to be built for the long-term, the new guarantee covers parts, finishes and working components on the brand’s products sold from today. This means that if anything goes wrong with a product, Bristan will repair, replace or refund the product for its entire lifetime use.
Covering customers for normal domestic use, the lifetime guarantee also includes one year’s labour on taps and showers.
For retailers, Bristan says the new guarantee will offer a compelling point of difference, which should support customer conversations and quality and long-term reliability. Meanwhile, Bristan believes installers will have the confidence to “fit and forget”, knowing the brand will take care of any aftercare, helping to protect reputations and reduce call-backs.
In addition, Bristan says its new guarantee also supports a more sustainable approach to product lifecycles, as it prioritises longevity and ongoing support, as well as helping to reduce waste.
To help launch the new initiative, Bristan is rolling out an integrated campaign across trade media and digital channels, looking to ensure the proposition is clearly understood.
