Kitchen retailer Olive & Barr has appointed Melissa Steele as its new operations manager, who joins with over 14 years of experience in the industry.
The company says she brings a strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery and the operational expertise to manage teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
“I’m delighted to be joining a business that puts craftsmanship, thoughtful design and the client experience at the heart of everything it does,” Steele said. “Olive & Barr has a passion for creating beautiful, characterful kitchens, backed by exceptional quality and attention to detail.
“For me, it’s about building on those strengths behind the scenes, bringing sales and operations together to create a seamless, personal experience where every client feels supported and the same level of care carries through from the first conversation to the final installation.”
Al Bruce, Olive & Barr’s founder, added: “Melissa’s experience across design, sales and operations, alongside her in-depth understanding of the kitchen industry, will be an asset to the business. Her attention to detail, hands-on expertise and commitment to the client experience will help us deliver the high level of personal service Olive & Barr is known for. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the senior team.”
Her appointment also follows the recent news that Matt Dagworthy has also picked up the reins as Olive & Barr’s managing director.
